The New Zealand College of Chiropractic

The New Zealand College of Chiropractic is the only provider of chiropractic education in New Zealand.  In the past five years we have experienced explosive growth, including international accreditation and students.  With that growth has come IT demands and the need for increased expertise.

The team have been outstanding, no problem too big or small, and they have helped to “systematise” us.  They have been on board since January 2007.

We have not had one bad technician, and they get along well with staff and students alike. They provide 24/7 service and will break/fix so we have never been left in the lurch.

New Zealand generally lacks good customer service, however when it comes to IT, we would recommend them several times over.

We have had a variety of IT service providers over the 13 years we've been in business, and I'd have to say that the team from Zero Down have given us the best service & overall experience of any we've dealt with.  

Their people, including the technical staff, are not only knowledgeable, but can actually communicate in plain English, which is a valuable skill in this industry.  We particularly enjoy their prompt attention our issues (of course, they're always urgent!) and their innovation with their remote helpdesk service has proven invaluable.  

Because we have most of our people working remotely at various times, this often enables simple problems (for techies) to be resolved very quickly, so productivity is not compromised.
