How to get going - the Zero Down - Zero Risk approach

Over the years we've honed our new customer approach down to a low-cost, low-risk process. The Zero Down approach allows customers to get full visibility of their systems and networks.

• Step 1 - ZeroCost Audit
  The first step in getting visibility of the risks that your IT systems might cause to your business is for us to provide a free audit of your network. For free. No charge. Nothing. Nada. Zilch!
   
• Step 2 - ZeroRisk Action Plan
  After discussing the ZeroCost Audit results with you, we recommend a plan of attack to resolve the issues and mitigate the risks. This step is also free.
   
• Step 3 - ZeroDown - Managed Uptime Plan
  In conjunction with the Action Plan in step 2, we work out a Managed Uptime IT Support plan for you that fits your budget and helps you maintain optimum productivity for your business. 

We call it the Zero Down, Zero Risk approach because nowhere in the 3 step process is a customer obligated to use our services.
