At Zero Down, we've got several ways that we can help you remotely. 

Install our Remote Support Agent

We have a cool software program that allows us to work on your computer remotely. All you need is an internet connection and the agent installed. BEFORE you go ahead and install the agent below, you should call our helpdesk and talk to one of our team. If you are a business customer, it is very likely that we have already installed the agent on your PC.

  2. Call our helpdesk (09 969 2255) and they will help you select which version of the agent software to download and install. (no reboot required)
  3. Within a few minutes, we should have access to be able to remotely control and assist with any problem.

 


Record Your Screen

When it comes to solving technical support issues, the devil is in the details. Our technical staff work best when they have as much information as possible about the problem/s that you may be experiencing with your computer.

To make this easier, we have another remote support solution that allows you to record exactly what is going. Here's what to do;

  1. Click on the button below to run the screen recorder
  2. Once the screen recorder pops up, drag the frame around the section of the screen that you want to record and click the red button.
  3. Using your mouse, go through the steps on your PC that create the problem that you are experiencing.
  4. If you have a microphone attached, you can start talking and it will record your voice too.
  5. When you are done, click on Done and your video will be uploaded to our server and our support team will be notified.
